Find your local group on www.trf.org.uk

These guys know their stuff, and have all the legal support required to ensure proper legal access to suitable tracks.

There are some good trails around the Elan Valley and Rhayader, The Strata Florida is one of the most well known but be prepared to get wet as there are about a dozen water sections and can be quite deep in winter.

Tread Lightly and stick to the trails

A popular place that. You watch the road racing there too? I believe the guy that has the British record for wheelies gives frre wheelie lessons on Sunday nights.
