GeePerZ invades wales for the day

[Simple]

met a few WestMidsRiders at Quatt Cafe who then left to go to ponderosa and beyond, found a few again later at crossgates, where the weather had finally cheered up and it was roasting in the sun.

uber good day out, 159miles to aberytwyth and 124 miles back.

only managed to squeeze 12litres into GeePerZ at Aberwotsit, was surprised, all that 1st and 2nd gear trundling along looking at the scenery for 2hours.

I almost got knocked off once, but stopped in the road and just sat staring at the car driver who refused to look right at anypoint while using the roundabout... the bikers at the local coffee shop looked with disbelief... should have punted him.. lots of witnesses and all that.

in Rhayader at the A44/elan valley turn off junction coming from crossgates (awsome road)

saw aload of bikes parked up so thought a good time to park up andenjoy the view without dodging sheep/cars/walkers. turned out to be the MZ owners club .. miserable bunch didnt even say hello so I ran up the verge and took some pictures.

Looks like a good ride, you've now ridden some of my favorite roads The roads around Newtown/Crossgates are superb!

Did you manage to find a parking space on the seafront at Aberystwyth, amongst all the bikes?

Was plenty of space on the bleak sea front, was fooking freezin.

Been to wales many many times previously just not managed it yet this year.. so had to be done before I go back to uni.

might be doing it again next weekend or maybe in the week.
