Set off from Box Hill with Tatters for a spot of laning. Went down a couple of lanes we've been down before.

We stopped and were looking at a map and two other crossers appeared and offered to show us some lanes. Tatters went for a bit but headed off home as he'd just done a night shift and had another tonight.

Went on some really good tracks, all over the place. Some nice and easy, cruising through a forest, some narrow and deeply rutted. Rode through sand for the first time which was good fun.

Also rode through a river which was interesting, glad I didn't drop it as that would have been a royal pain in the arse. Also through a ford in Shere.

The XR was looking well used afterwards.

And finally the route.

Looks good, Joe.
Will hopefully be back on (off) the road very shortly. Took the Gasser for a blast yesterday. I'd forgotten how vicious it is Shocked

That's cos you got used to riding one of those ghey XR250 things in Cambodia.

I got the ride logged on my GPS so we could do it again at some point.

Well done Joe - Very jealous - good to see the bike all mucky.
Now just waiting on my helmet and goggles to arrive.

Will post what rides we are doing next week (likely to be the ride from Bocketts Farm to Shere and there abouts)
Cant wait .... itching to go and play.
