CRM 250. What are the service intervals for this bike. (considering i'll be doing between 5000 - 10,000 miles a year!)

What are the specs of these. Does the 250 have 33bhp>

Not bad compared to serious enduro bikes, have a look at: www.crm250.com , though I'm not sure that the service intervals they list are the factory ones; may more be ones for mostly trail use.

250 Kms

* Check 2 Stroke oil Level
* Check Tyre Pressures
* Check / Adjust Drive Chain
* Check Brake Pad Wear

1000 Kms

* Change gearbox oil
* Change Spark Plug
* Check Coolant Level
* Clean Air Filter
* Check Oil Pump Adjustment
* Check Wheel Bearings / Spokes
* Check Brake Fluid Levels
* Inspect tyres For Wear Damage

lol im not too sure compared to other 2 strokes. (not really considered them before)

I'd be putting 1000km a month (max) - btw its got slightly more power... it about 39/40bhp Exclamation

Would an Xr400 be better for me?

That doesn't seem that amazing, but as I suggest, I reckon that's cautious and for more serious trail riding, rather than for daily road use.
