ever seen a cg with a marshall deeptone exhaust?

you have now Smile

I got bored of the old exhaust sounding like a vespa and making it a bitch to get set up right so ive done some bodgery today, along with the single seat setup we did yesterday.

First off me and dave cut down the marshall can, recovered from my old gsx400f and patched up a big fuck off hole. We cut the old system off and created a better line for the pipe next to the barrel, this increases my ground clearance a bit which is good, and makes a nice leg warmer.

We then welded it all up, bashed the deeptone to be snug with the pipe and welded that up, thankfully there are no blowing sections so it was welded well (cheers dave).

then on with the bbq paint.

Its quieter than the old set up but a deeper sound, which is exactly what i was going for.

vid of me taking off on it.

New can looks ace all painted up Thumbs Up

Love watching your CG progress, what are your next plans for it? It's not the direction I'd take with a CG but it does look fantastic.

first plan is to sort out the carb Laughing running really shite on 3/4 throttle.

then im probably going to cut the handguards down a bit and shape them more, they look too brick like and they attract a bit of police attention.

im on the hunt for some wire mesh to use to protect the headlight, also devise some sort of crash protection for the indis.
I have a few other plans under my belt Wink

Cheers
John
