Honda XR75 - am I being daft?

I quite fancy a small(ish) bike that I can use both on and off road. On ebay at the moment there's an old Honda XR75 quite near me that looks like it might go fairly cheap.

Thing is, I know nothing about them and can't seem to find a lot on the 'net. My main question is how big are they? I don't mind something fairly diddy but don't want something completely miniscule.

Or am I being completely daft?

I dont think an xr75 is road legal, but i could be wrong.

I would have liked to get something that small for offroading, but i needed something road legal.
