this might be a stupid question but i was just wondering how offroad riders manage to keep their boots so clean?!
i've hosed mine down but have never really cleaned mine properly, that may be the reason for mine being so dirty. but do most of you actually go at them with a brush and soapy water?
also does anyone know how to dry them out as mine stay wet for atleast a week despite all my efforts to try and get them dry!
i was just interested thats all! ____________________ Suzuki TS50X, Yamaha DT125R, CCM 404DS |

Steal a road cone ...........put the boot on it,and pressure wash ,no water will go in as its upside down, dry it off then use DUBBIN on the leather parts ,silicone on the other materials, jobs good ____________________ CRF230 all you need |

Pressure washer.
Drying them out, either just let them stand inside for a while or you can also stuff old newspaper to help them dry faster. |

Be careful if using a de-greasing type of cleaner like Muc-off as it dries out the leather and it can crack - especially around rivets, buckles etc.
Best to use warm soapy water (not with washing up liquid - it's a de-greaser), or a leather cleaning spray instead.
