Just thought id upload a few pictures of the restoration of my xr. It was left in a shed for a few years before i bought it. Still got lots to do, but its starting to look a lot better

That looks restored already. What was wrong with it? And what are going to do to it?

Its half restored at the moment, When i got it all the plastics where awful, hand painted and really scruffy.
I've cleaned everything up, painted the engine, exhaust, forks, swing arm and spokes/hub.

I still need to sort out the wiring, its a MESS.

I'm trying to keep it looking how it's meant to. so not too many shiny parts.

One thing i will be changing for sure, is the new rear light i put on, i hate it, looks so cheap.
