Without stating the obvious does it leak? Put your hand over the end if you can as its a scooter and it should cut out after a few moments. If it does not then its got holes or leaks somewhere.

Just do what he said and tell us what happens. It should cut out after a couple of seconds.

If it does, then it could just be the scooter.

Have you modified it in anyway?

What exhaust has it got? On my old moped the wadding had burnt out. £5 for new wadding and it was quiet again! Simple to do, unbolt the silencer, check the wadding (should be obvious if its burnt) clean it all out in there and wrap some new stuff around the baffle. Thumbs Up

Where is the cylinder cover? Bike look's air cooled so get a cylinder cover on there. (If its liquid ignore that).

Your missing a battery, a part of the exhaust bracket and a rear mudguard. Laughing

Have you tried covering the exhaust to see if it cuts out?
nah I got the cylinder cover just took it off, anyway yeah im aware of the battery which im getting sorted soon, how much is an exhaust bracket and mudguard roughly...?

Simple answer is it has a non standard loud(as in annoying) exhaust on it.

Looking at the exhaust I refer back to my original post! The silencer is removable (see the two bolts?). Whip it off and check, its an easy solution if it is burnt wadding! Thumbs Up

Why did you take the cover off?

It needs that to keep cool, otherwise it will overheat.

Go to a bike shop and buy a gasket, they are quite cheap.

I'm with finlonga - the exhaust looks like a noisy aftermarket one. If you want quiet then find an original exhaust.

This op is a donk.
hes made about 4 threads on the same thing,

Its quite obvious that as he said the previous seller said it needed a new gasket, the bikes very noisy, and he can smell fuel up from under the bike that the gasket it should have is knackered or non existant?
