Have you tried Turtle Wax wheel cleaner? I used it for the first time on the weekend and it's pretty good stuff Thumbs Up

I neglected the wheels on my SM for a long time, they got very scuffed and caked in oil to a point where it would take hours to even get a shine from them. I never even cleaned it when i took it to trade in but they didn't seem to care Wink

The best cleaning product i found is mr sheen ( or any other furniture polish Wink ).
Gets everything of everywhere, and leaves it shiny and lemony fresh! Even gets chain wax and oil of the rear wheel really quickly. Very Happy

i use gunk to get rid of most of the grease, i thought furniture polish did something to your plastics?

I was thinking about either keeping my NS125 or getting a cheap 125 such as a CG125 to use in bad weather. That way it doesn't matter if i fall off and it gets scuffed up, not sure yet .. think i best get a job Confused

laminate your tax disc then it doesn't matter if the holder leaks.
