There was a scoop article of CB1300ST.

According to the article, ST is super touring, it has large screen, higher handle bar, and panniers. And this model will be on tokyo motor show this autumn.
This will be more tourer type model compared to CB1300SB (CB1300S in Europe).

By the way, Honda recently changed police motorcycle from VFR800P to CB1300P. This is because VFR800 dropped from honda domestic model lineup.

Its like the Bandit 1250 GT - its not that hard to bang on panniers/fairings/screens etc, and just charge a bit more for them. Its nothing you can't do yourself to a standard S/SA.
