hi, i cant open this thread:

https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=20705

i could do so before the last reply from ste.

if its just me that cant get into it, and someone else can, can you tell me what ste said.... im hoping he was responding to a qeaution of mine..

the bug in more detail: when i click on the link, it tries to load the page, and then after a small amount of time, it recycles the contacting->opening-> etc cycle. if you press stop you can get some of the posts, but as im looking for the final one, this isnt much help....

Loz

update: hapenes on this one too https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=22370

I doubt it.

You might want to post some details of what OS and browser you are using, but then again you might not.

I have experienced this problem a few times tonight (it being my first visit) and my problem seems to be on threads that have photos on them whilst i'm accessing the web from my laptop on dialup rather than from my pc on broadband.

It would appear that some of the pictures (or a combination of pictures perhaps?) are just too big for my creaky modem to cope with.

Hi

I get this problem occasionally, but only when logging on from my work PC which is running IE. At home I use Opera and do not have this problem.

It only seems to happen if I am clicking the icon to view the posts from after I last checked that thread.

All the best

Keith
