Do i need to be a member of the BCF before i can join the
regional forums, just that my membership has been pending
for 2 days.

You are already a BCF member. Laughing

Your membership will be pending until your request to join the regional forum is approved by the group moderate. Give it a bit longer and if it's still not happened then Korn will be able to approve your request.
