Motogp Silverstone

So, im going to the Motogp at Silverstone at the end of the month, and never having been there, was looking for some advice from you good folks.

Firstly, can anyone recommend somewhere nearby to stay, relatively cheap but nice?

I have a roving grandstand ticket, where are the best places at the track to watch from?

I went down for the BSB last year with the missus, got handed free tickets 24hrs before quali started.

I hit up LateRooms.com and stayed at this awesome guest house about 2miles from the circuit.

Becketts is the coldest place in the world though, and take a decent amount of cash with you as the butty vans round the back end of the track dont take cards.

Well i'm not too sure, ive not been to see one of the races live before, i guess action in the corners is more exciting than watching them blast down the straight.

Even though it can be cold you get to see alot of the track at Beckettes.
