Korn, what's with all the american banner ads?

Not that much use here?

I've seen at least 2 now, maybe more.

Just wondering.

Wouldn't Google ads generate more revenue?

Indeed it is, but theres this thing called Market Placement Rolling Eyes

99% of us are from the UK yet most of the banner adverts I've seen are from USA.

Internet is global maybe, www.bikechatforums.com is predominantly UK Thumbs Down

Most banner exchange programmes have a high percentage of US adverts. They'll get the views, if not the click throughs. Bog-standard banner exchanges don't worry hugely about demographics, it's only once you get into people paying real money that you have to start quantifying your userbase.

If Korn was bothered enough, it'd be worth seeking out UK-based advertisers, but he clearly isn't so meh.
