Every front tyre I've ever ran, on every motorcycle I've owned, has done this.

The most extreme was the Pirelli Diablo on my Monster that had worn to a point in 4000 miles. My 021s on the Bandit lasted 8k on the rear and about 12k on the front, and the wear was no where near as extreme as the set of Metzeler Metz 2s I had on my NSR and RGV, and they where better than the Dunlop D208s I had on my GSXR that nearly spat me off a few times when cold. Also the 023s on the Bandit wore at the same rate, around 8k miles from both sets.

I have a set of Avon Storm Ultra 2s on the Bandit now and they're good tyres, yet everyone else hates them for some unknown reason. I guess people expect too many miracles from their tyres.

Very nice! The Thundercat was always very underrated and often overlooked. But anyone I spoke to who owned one was always very impressed.
