Got a Yoshimura RS3 bolt on can on my GSXR 750.

It's fairly loud. 105dB track day at Snetterton.

Will it be ok? Is it just slash-cut exhausts / straight through exhausts that are too loud?

Should be fine, my bike with a full system is only 101db and they make you rev a 400 higher for the noise test.
The only stuff I've seen fail 105db noise tests are bikes so loud that you'd expect them to fail.
