2004 Hyundai Elantra saloon

You lucky bastards have stumbled upon this once in a lifetime opportunity to own this (actually weirdly rare) Hyundai Elantra saloon. Seriously, I've only ever seen one other with the saloon boot, which is a lot easier on the eye than the hatchback.

This has been a damn good car over the past three or so years that I've owned it; I initially bought it as a runaround between cars but it's taken me this long to find a good enough reason not to own it.

OK, so it's not going to set the world (or your pants) on fire, but it is damn comfortable and nice to drive - on long journeys this is the one everyone wants to be in, and it has been easily the most reliable car I have ever owned.

This was the top spec model at the time, 2.0 petrol CDX, so below is the surprisingly impressive option sheet, as shamelessly stolen from the auto-trader (where the car is also advertised) auto spec-generator:

Overall it's a very good car, well worth a look if you're reasonably local (Essex) and want some well priced and trouble free motoring.

Has some tax and quite a long MOT from memory, will update this post shortly with all that nonsense, currently on 58,730 miles (not being used).
