New chat backend

The Live Chat interface has been re-written to use modern AJAX standards. This should make the web-based client more reliable and less prone to disconnects. It should also now work properly on tablets and mobiles.

I've made the new interface live on BCF in beta form for testing. You should be able to use it as normal, but might encounter the odd bug. Please use this thread to report those bugs, and give any feedback you might have...

Don't post about anything to do with the IRC bot here, as that part hasn't changed yet.

Newly noticed 'issue'.

If someone posts a longish URL in chat, the window tries to auto resize to fit it on one line...... Then, you have to keep side scrolling to read stuff.

To my knowledge it's happening in chrome and aurora.
