In fairness, I will not go near another sidecar outfit again.

They are wrong in every discernable way.

Fair nuff, I love the damned things but they do take ages to set up right, to be fair they were an easy way to get to ride a bigger bike when I was 16, we could take our full bike test back in the day on any size of bike as long as it had a sidecar fitted. I have the VT500e Setup as perfect as it gets, you could take your hands of the bars at any speed over 40 mph and simply turn the bike by simply moving your head with no steering dampers fitted.

I had a 1997 Dnepr fitted with a BMW R80 engine and it was a wonderful outfit. The Russian side of the bike was amazing! Swarf came out of the gearbox when I changed the oil and the wiring was already rusted when the wire was coated with the plastic coating!! It was great to ride down country lanes and to put it in reverse if I met a car in a narrow stretch. Looking at the internet I gather there are companies in Austria that still do this engine conversion.

Its cool looking and has potential but you just know its going to fall apart quicker than a dodgy ex soviet state.
