There seems to be some random forum downtime lately from 10 seconds to 10 minutes. I am not sure what you are paying to host this forum but I suggest you cancel the contract if it gets worse  or atleast look at the policy for downtime to see if there is any rewards

The problems yesterday were caused by another forum hosted on this server coming under what looked like a denial of service attack, leading to massive load and the httpd temporarily not accepting new connections. Thanks for the traces, but since it wasn't a network problem they're not really much use.
As for claiming a refund for downtime, I don't think I really want to be suing myself...
