Hello, if I get track day insurance what is exactly covered? I hear most don't offer 3rd party protection anyway, so if someone comes off and smashes into you, tough luck?

I did my first ever session at Brands last night, it was a good one but confidence wasn't high haha

Track Day Insurance can vary form my experience. The main one point that always put me off using them when I had a road bike on track, was the fairings weren't covered. This of course being a very expensive part of the bike.

But if you want to cover yourself, then of course that's a different story.

You would be best asking the insurers exactly what is and isn't covered when you get a quote.
