Melody deluxe was my first 'bike'.

Have such fond memories of it, if I saw a good one now I'd probably buy it just for old times sake!

*Edit* Just seen some on eBay. They get good prices (good as in high Sad actually)!

haha, yer? lost my first 2, borrowed the 3rd, 4th is my baby.

Im kinda stealing this off the missus now she's moved up, perfect for popping to the shop and so cheap to insure ect!

Got her running again happily now, just need the new belt to arrive and should be away!

. ..and any leads on where to find an eqiv or stock rear shock.. . Dimensions:
center to center fixings, 230mm (this I hear this could be a tad longer and be fine.)
top center pin diameter, 10mm
bottom center pin diameter, 8mm
inner gap on bottom fixing, 18mm approx
travel 40mm max (has a rubber on it preventing it from being 60mm)
overall length 260mm.

weight wise - for tiny ass scooter.. . honda melody deluxe

I have 2 x 1983 Honda Megalolody's de'lols

1 in bits and boxes, the other 95% complete.

Where are you located?
I probably have a shock upstairs, along with a load of other spares.

I am in Gosport, (Portsmouth) that would be amazing.. .

The lesson's ive learnt couldn't have bin in better time, just after I finished reassembling the Honda.. . missus's 125 started leaking from the carb float chamber, just redone that too.

was seemingly leaking when sat in the sun / after riding, not diagnosed fully, everything seemed fine.. no obvious issue on inspection? we'll see haha.
