Some people have said its like a war zone on a Saturday night, others have said its really nice.

Being a stag do, i think we are getting dressed up (day time) playing pub golf or some crap like that

tl:dr

I went while the Commonwealth Games was on I liked it. It boisterous but I didn't feel unsafe and I walked through the City Center about 10/11pm on a Saturday in this.

Got a bit of banter but all good natured.

It depends where your bench mark is though. I'll never forgot the Country Bumpkin Kid in my Halls at uni saying 'Portsmouth's well rough, I saw a fight last night' Laughing I spent my teenage years going out in Romford, so a night isn't complete until you have seen a handful of fights Laughing

Well, you've got a purty smile and a nice rack on you.

It's fine. Stay in the city centre, don't get into any sportsball debates, bag it, enjoy.

Where is it you're going OP? If you're going to the city centre you'll be fine. If you're going to Bridgeton cross, I know some guys who can get you a Kevlar vest and a machete.

I've personally never had any issue anywhere I've been though, I wouldn't worry about it. Oh, and I can get you VIP passes to Diamond Dolls if you want a few...

Looks like you've missed a couple of stations off that list (although I'd need to go check)..... thought so:

West Street
Shields Road
Ibrox

Some of the pubs are a long stagger from the underground, so you might want to take it easy in the first few.

I should point out too, my ex came up to Glasgow for a year and someone threatened her with a screwdriver one night on the underground..... she "didn't feel safe anymore", so we moved down to Bristol soon after Rolling Eyes
