Cars turning on high beam when you overtake

i put my arm out to say what fuck off with your lights.. then if you ignore i flick the front brake lever to light up my brake light.. if they ignore me still i slow right down untill we stop or they turns them off

It is even more annoying when,once you have overtaken the slower vehicle they start to flash you and start to tailgate you.Then to make matters even more irritating,for them to put on some blue flashing lights.I mean...how are you supposed to see the road ahead
