Hiya peeps.

I havn't been on here in err... good knows how long, sinply due to being far too busy, BUT, my Mito is back on the road, after having variouse bits done (including getting it through an MOT after it had been stolen, and the body work trashed)

on the bright side tho, i had to repair the body work, so i thought, hey, why not change the colour. it was the standard Cagiva Red / White, and (ok so its not finished yet) its now going to be Black / Red, i've posted a photo of what it will look like when its finished, so far, i've done the back panel, and the fuel tank, its looking good so far, but my money was all going on getting the thing back on the road (oh, and paying the evil tax man of course)
but here it is.

Let me know what you guys think.

Jay

the other option was this...

but as i have a red stripe on my leathers.....

...the red stripe won hands down (its cheeper to just spray the bike, instead of spraying the bike AND buying new leathers to match Wink

I agree with Yams, the second one is gorgeous! Drooling I think the red stripe kinda spoils the sexy black Confused

thought that black was consistent!
the second one i prefer, however, very much resembles a standard mito, so the stripe is more unique

I like the red stripe!

I love mitos, very nice bikes. When I'm an eccentric millionaire GP race winner, I'll buy a mito as my pit bike.

Looks very impressive in black and white. Drooling Far better than the red stripe, or even stock colours!

Havent seen a mito in a black/white scheme like that before, if you plan to respray, go for that. Cool

i don't really "Plan" to re-spray, its just kinda going to happen, because the bike was stolen, the body panels now look rather *tacky* i mean, there's fibre glass repairs, its been sanded down (for the repairs to be done) and it just looks like its been dragged out of a skip, but i've finally finished all the mechanical side of things, and i'm going to be keeping it for some time (maybe to run along side the GS500 i've been looking at)

its a nice bike, it runs well, its (unfortunately) still restrected yet still pulls wheelies (tho not overly well), but it just looks like it shouldn't be allowed on the road, so its about time it all changed Razz
