Yeah if the weather stays like it is, it'd be perfect, and so cheap.
Unfortunately my bike is a bit broken so.. bugger.

A shame your bike is broken.

And yes, it's looking like it will have a shower in the afternoon, but I expect that forecast will change.

Is it welcoming for complete amateurs?

Are textiles and kevlar jeans too dangerous?

Welcoming to beginners, yes. There is a novice group.

Textiles and armoured jeans, no, you must have leathers, one or two piece, two piece must zip up at least 75% of the way round(some require 100% all the way round)

I'd love to but I've run out of rear Supercorsa. I don't like Mallory much, even though it's close.

If I can find a 180 and a lift up there I might be game.

If you were to come, you might not need that tyre as the weather is changing for the worse, get ya wets out!

If it's fully wet or fully dry I might consider it but the forecast is 12 degrees and showery. I don't like Mallory enough to put the effort in.

Had a good day at Mallory on Saturday, with mixed conditions, every single sighting lap got red flagged, even an instructor came off, so it was slippy. 1st and 2nd sessions I picked the pace up and was feeling good. 3rd session before lunch a stroker blew his engine and layed oil over half the track, from the start finish straight round Gerrards up until the chicane. Guess who hits the oil line *raises hand* Rolling Eyes

This is not me, but another chap in my group who had the exact same thing happen, and I mean exact, same corner, session, line, even what the bike did. Safe to say I came in to check my rear over after that Laughing Laughing

After lunch it get very wet and the pace got slower. Not a bad track though, would definitely go back. Thumbs Up
