[awaits the "HALP WIT CB125F" threads]

Good sales on the Africa Twin, loads of pent up demand. I wonder if Suzuki are shifting any litre V-Stroms at this point.

No surprise the Africa Twin is such a big seller for them. It's been a while. It's a key bike for them, and good to see it being received so well.

Lexmoto second. Interesting to observe where they are post Euro 4*.

Two cheapest and by far most reliable / popular models being the Arrow and the Vixen are not going to be able to meet Euro 4 standards and therefore have both stop being sold and "once they're gone they're gone". Spares are still meant to be available given that it's a CG copy engine and has been around for god only knows how long. Unsure in regards to other spares although Lexmoto still offer parts for bikes sold previously. Second hand parts market for both bikes should be readily available given the numbers sold etc. No where near the point of "cannot find this part" yet so shall see how that plays out over time.

All other models are aimed at being fuel injected to meet Euro 4 and Lexmoto are currently crossing their fingers and toes in the hope their factories deliver on the promise of continuing to manufacture their bikes post Euro 4. That promise is on the basis it's effective cost wise to continue selling in Europe rather than pull out all together and just carry on in Asia and alike where there's less rules and more money to be made.

*I'm unaware when Euro 4 comes into action.

Above comments are as a result of a recent conversation with a Lexmoto dealer.

Models developed before 2013 have until the end of 2016 to meet Euro 4, OBD, and ABS or linked brakes. That covers the Arrow and Vixen.

Models developed after 2013 should be compliant as of right now. That covers the Venom.

DVLA also told me that they won't be registering any new bike unless it meets and can show that it meets fuel system evaporation limits and has always-on headlights. That's all bikes, all capacities, regardless of date of manufacture, right now.

However, according to the local multi-marque dealer, it seems that they're not actually enforcing any of the above.

Whether that's them looking the other way to let folk clear their stock, or whether it's just the DVLA's left claw not knowing what the right tentacle is up to, well, it's anyone's guess.
