Hi Well

So, far, I haven't experienced the stalling problem with the RX3, Over 5 years, I never did find a cure for it on my America, even after it was remapped.

However, I have read elsewhere, the problem can be pretty well mitigated by letting the bike warm up for a couple of minutes or so before first use.

Cheers

Tony

Simple enough to do,

Tell us about getting spares in this country for this bike?, Maybe a link or two?

You said the service was easy enough to do..... how about a thread in Workshop or Show and Tell, with pictures to give us an idea Thumbs Up

Hi there

Spares can be got from Earnshaws, Tabao or even CSC in the states. As for servicing, I couldn't put together anything better than csc do, plus, the user manual that comes with the RX3 is pretty comprehensive.

For example, look at these

Chain adjustment

https://www.cscmotorcycles.com/Articles.asp?ID=257

Valve adjustment

https://www.cscmotorcycles.com/Articles.asp?ID=267

Oil change

https://www.cscmotorcycles.com/Articles.asp?ID=266

For the full list of tutorials for the RX3 look here

https://www.cscmotorcycles.com/RX3-Tutorials-s/282.htm

For engine parts etc, look for NC250 spares, that engine is used in a number of bikes & quads.

Cheers

Tony

OK, well, got to use the RX3 for what I got it for, riding in crap weather, at motorway speeds, a feat which I accomplished very comfortably this morning.

Oh, and I still haven't hit the stalling issue, all that I can put that down to is, it's fully run in, with 2000miles on the clock and/or it's the fact that I let it warm up for a min or 2 first thing, either way the wind and rain this morning didn't cause any problems
