I know someone who did that

sat in his shed having a brew and someone walked past saw the door was unbolted on the outside and locked it for him Laughing

he had the keys for the padlock inside with him and didn't realise until he tried to get out

Weather and a bad knee have hampered any progress on the shed but hopefully both will ease up soon and let me get at it! Kettle and bike and heat. As long as there was enough coffee is happily let someone lock me in lol

drz4 I think I'm just as excited about the shed as I am the bike. rest of the posts to go in tomorrow, build a frame round the base then get a mixer etc on sat and float a concrete base so the floor is level then build up from there! any suggestions welcome. current plan is a sloped roof. brother is a dry liner so it will b getting insulated and plasterboarded on the inside. laminate floor, a wide access door fitted then a lick of paint and workbench.

Sounds good! I'm currently waiting for my workshop to get delivered (16 x 10) so I'm on the lookout for shed ideas for when it arrives Smile

If you hadn't considered running leccy to it, that could be an idea?

make sure and get a picture up of that shed when it arrives, any specific ideas for when it does?

It's getting delivered on the 20th of June so I'll post some pics then. I've already got some paving slabs down to sit it on but I'm a bit concerned that it won't fit as my garden's long and narrow so it's going right at the back. Laughing

I'd like to ultimately get a motorcycle lift and some work benches, then perhaps get a table top lathe, pillar drill, bench grinder etc. Think I'll run leccy to it first though and then insulate it. Can't wait.
