Just a heads up for all BCF menfolk.

Man flu is hunting us down again and this one's a baddun, the worst I've had in years.

It started with a bout of sneezing yesterday but, I felt fine until early hours this morning. Now my sinuses are in agony, as are my ears and my tinnitus is much louder than normal. I've got a really bad headache, my eyes sting, my throat is sore and swollen, all my joints ache, I'm burning up and have the sh!ts. Mr kidneys feel like someone's kicked the crap out of them too.

Just got over one myself. Alternate shivers (so bad I thought I was dancing) and sweats, very painful throat, nausea and general listlessness (no, wait, that last one might be just normal for me).

I think I did die at one point, but I'm better now

Had flu once in my life and it's the only time I would've preferred death.
Totally incapacitated, verging on delirium and every joint in my body ached like never before or since. Took 3 weeks to fully recover.

It's medically bollocks but I go with 'Starve a fever and Feed a cold'. Keep fluids up is sensible.
Sex/Masturbation can help and baths/showers.

TLDR; Drink-Wank-Wash. Repeat until symptoms subside.
