Following on from the original thread.

A few pictures from today. Myself, Mike and Craig were riding. Support was offered ( Eh?

) by Jeanette, Kickstart, Shaun and Wave2k.

Apparently my new Gixxer 600 tracktoy has a strange distinctive whistle (which I thought was being exaggerated by people until Keith showed me the video). Awesome. Sounds like a Tornado fighter plane. Or something Confused

Bit of gravel action for Mike when his clutch cable unattached itself and some grass tracking for Craig when he decided that Goddards would be better taken as a straight. Other than that, no scary moments... apart from them almost not letting me out for the last session (and then being nannied!) due to a small leak. Oh, and the bloody jokey wheel on the trailer decided to come loose on the way home and drop to the road, thus annihilating it's tyre Rolling Eyes

Somehow Jeanette managed to take 300 photos of us (and Keith took about a million of anyone stood within five feet of a bike). I'll post some more once I've sorted through them, but here's a flavour.

Good pics, I like the first one!

Was a good day for spectating, the serious lack of marshalls meant we could pretty much wander where ever we wanted within reason, including using empty marshall posts for viewing and picture/video points! Laughing

I've come to the conclusion that spectating uses more energy than actually riding, my legs are killing and I'm really tired, at first i thought there was an air port near by but it just turned out to be your bike. Wink

Was nice to meet you 2, just annoyed I missed craig grass tracking! Crying or Very sad

Yeah, it was nice to finally put some faces to names!

I also forgot to mention the manouver of the day: Craig on his GPZ500 outbreaking a GSXR600 K4 into Goddards (with his single front disc and rear drum!)...

...and then watching in dismay as it re-passed him on the straight!

Was really good to meet you and your other half Silver!

I really enjoyed myself today and had the most fantastic time of my life, and me outbraking that GSXR600 was funny, he braked really early though which many of the riders seemed to be doing and pissed me off alot.

Though at one point I didn't brake on time and did indeed take a trip offroad onto the grass at Goddards. Laughing
