Have you applied for membership?

If so it's just a case of waiting for the group moderator to approve you.

Under each regional forum there is another link in blue (for example The South East)

which says South East User Group, click on that link and then you'll get a screen where theres a button that says "Join Group", click on it, eventually the moderator will approve it and let you access the forum.
