Seems to just be the way HOTTRAX do it. They did the same at Lydden.

I was still nakered by the end of the day, I didn't do all of the sessions.

Took me 3 damn sessions to finish one!!

This is silverstone though, it takes about ten minutes to do a warm up lap in novice, even longer to clear the track, taking into account clearing the track of spills etc the day could be quite easily turned into fuck all track time for anyone.

i loved the national when i did it, yea its probably not a touch on the gp, but its still awsome.
