Trackday DVD with superbike mag

Holy god don't buy it, and if you do buy it, for gods sake don't watch it.

It's 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back. One of the important things they tell you you should do at a trackday is take the slack out of the throttle.

I mean yes, if you're in motoGP, but not a novice on their commuter that's already shitting it.

You would seriously get a lot more and better info from the Trackday FAQ thread at the top of this page.

I get the magazine on subscription and made the mistake of watching this DVD. I kept searching for the actual content and then realised the crap at the intro was the content! Nooooooooooo................
