Hi
Toying with the idea of going.
The weekend immediatly before this is the MCN event at Butlins in Skeggy which is OK for a bit of fun, and we are going to that. That finishes on the Monday so I could stay locally. Probably not ride as I don't really have a suitable bike that I could afford to drop.
Skeggy is OK. On the saturday they have a some free track time at Cadwell, which is not that far away. You get to see people doing things like this:-

Think the cost is £425 self catering for 4 people (3 room apartment) for the weekend.
All the best

Me! .o/
I'm there. I won't be able to book it until I get paid though
are we going up on the sunday for Elvington, or are we just going up on the monday? I would prefer trailer space but I'll ride if i have no choice (especially if I can bung luggage in the car).

I'll come assuming I've bought a semi reasonable bike by then or can somehow afford to hire one.
Might know of a couple of peeps off another forum who'll come along too. ____________________ Gallery |

Reading is the last festival of the year, normally the £24.99 piece of crap tents that I buy aren't worth carrying anywhere after they've done two or three festivals.
Those people who put their tent up on top of it had broken it anyway. ____________________ Gallery |

There's always room. Tents and such crap can just be stuck in the trailer anyway |

Newsflash:
My girlfriend said that she would lend me her 12 person tent if there is room in the car for it. It has a main area and three smaller "bedroom" domes coming off of it. I haven't seen it but it sounds like just the job.

Sounds like Susi's/Zim's tent/palace.
Doubt they'll be room in the car, but should be plenty in the trailer. ____________________ Gallery |
