You better hope the brace doesn't let the battery slip back so it touches that nice long metal bar going across the top |

Just get a nice bit of rubber mat to wrap the battery in that has enough to make a flap to fit under the brace.
If that makes sence - bit of padding for the battery in the box then as well. ____________________ The BCF's very own Party boy! Though he's getting old and feeling it!

Interesting way of setting up the brakes, but I can't see it not working or any problems with it - sort of blows in the face of a brake on each wheel.
I assume the petrol tank will be going on the left hand side? I also assume your going to need a electric fuel pump to get the fuel up to the carbs?
Looking good though - still wanting a go if I ain't killed myself on my mini moto. ____________________ The BCF's very own Party boy! Though he's getting old and feeling it!

Ahh missed the fuel pump bit, as for the wiring. Surely thats the best bit.
Will you be running them through the frame to make a nice tidy job. ____________________ The BCF's very own Party boy! Though he's getting old and feeling it!

hows this thing going to handle if it doesnt have a diff?
surely the wheelbase will be too big to handle well with that much power behind the wheels
i know its meant to be a go kart but its going to handle like a go kart as well, which may seem silly but when its as powerfull/big and heavy as it is, surely it wont handle too good?
Please correct me as I'm not sure what I'm on about I am just blagging it ____________________ Current Toys: 06 Yamaha WR250F | Nissan 350Z GT | Tech 4 Homes |

Karts take corners in a semi-permanent powerslide, this will do the same. Bad news for tyres, but fecking quick. The rear axle is a standard kart width and the wheelbase won't be far off a normal kart either.
To be honest until somebody's tried it out we have no idea how it'll handle ____________________ 3516 Miles, 11 Countries |

I can sooooo see that thing flipping over. You'll most probably have to end up putting weight at the front of the kart to keep it down.
And I would like to be there when you start testing it. ____________________ Dean Stone #777

Me and kornel had that discussion last week, they will probably need to put weights at the front to balance the weight otherwise they might end up doing non stop wheelies, although thats probably what theyre aiming for |

Could also add those things on proper drag bikes and dragsters that stick out from behind, designed to stop the thing from flipping back over.
