I quite liked my NTV for what it was. Good for commuting and a capable touring bike if a windscreen is fitted. Almost maintenance free shaft drive and a really tough engine that delivers torque down low. Great fuel economy, typically 22 km/L
Tires are cheap and you can get away with fitting BT 45's. Single disk front and rear, so cheap in brake pads.
The VFR is also a very good bike with better braking capabilities. My average fuel consumption is 15,5 km/L. Cruising at 120 mph feels like 50 on the NTV because of the fairing
