Its a stepthru. You can't make it look like a Supermoto, in the same way that you can't make it look like a sportsbike.

If I tape two bits of 1000 x 50 MDF to each side panel can I make it look like a Bi-plane?

No, I suspect most people would think it looks stupid.
You're looking to go to quite a lot of time and effort for no real gains if you want other people to like the way your bike looks.

Best bet is to actually get the type of bike you want it to look like, which will have the added advantage of suspension and engine that should work a fair bit better.

Go for it, I think it'd be a laugh. Whether people's opinions are positive or negative you'll still get more looks than the thousands of Gixxers/Ninjas/CBRs etc you see at bike meets.

Ever hear of the purple helmets? They ride big-bore C90s with jacked up rear ends, MTX125 front ends and trailie handlebars. I suppose that's more of a C90 enduro bike but a similar concept.
https://www.bolddog.com/pics/gallery/purple_helmet.jpg

And there is always the sachs madass which is as much a motard as it is anything else. The design is not a million miles away from a C90.

my mate recently got rid of a c90, and they are great fun off road

not much ground clearance for really rough stuff, but they are so light that even with road tyres, they have enough grip on slippy mud

and the weight is so low its easy to carry them over any obstacles

great fun

in fact im a bit miffed he sold it, as i enjoyed having a go on it

so this modern variant with disc brakes seems quite nice to me
