hi Guys

I am replacing fork seals and oil tomorrow and looked all over for a haynes manual today and cant find one anywhere.

Anyone know the exact amount per fork for the fork oil? i would prefer if sumone knows and doesnt just guess Laughing

SAE 10 weight oil and 377cm3 in each fork leg..hope this helps.Tim

10w is too light, stick in atleast a 15w or 20w fork oil,

but the level is correct at 377mls for a 89-2000 bike,
post 2000 its 389mls
