Bikers and Cats

I have had lots of replies to my cat posts from others who also own cats.

So exactly how many of you are also cat owners?
Is it because we are big, 'ard rufty tufty bikers that we need something to small and cute to stroke (!) while we drink our tea (another biker vice it seems), or is it simply because we are all evil (and all evil people need a cat with which to plot world domination, usually while drinking tea).

two beautiful cats and like to cuddle them. One is permantly stuck on like velcro and the other is a tough street cat who takes no crap, she also loves bikes and is not afraid of anithing. I would like to one day take her on a bike ride as i think she will enjoy the air in her whiskers.

I had 2 kittens, lost one of them 2 months ago to kidney failure.

I then went out and bought a little tabby x Bengal male and proceeded to text my other half to tell her, she replied "Oh thats good becasue i've just been to the same place and bought the little female".. We now have a 14 month old huge cat and brother n sister at 12 weeks old.

We have two cats, both rescues, (and a dog) and they're certainly part of the family

... except for last night when I was chasing one of the cats and a injured field mouse round the garden at 11:30pm

I've got a cat, but i hate tea. Great little thing he is though, but he aint half an evil little git!

He bought back a baby bluetit the other morning as a gift for me, which isn't anything unusual. Eddie loves hunting. I put the baby bird in the bin and let him back outside. 10 minutes later he comes back with another one, so i put it in the bin as well and off he trots. He then bought back a third one, followed by one of the parents! The little bastard wiped out a whole nest of bluetits in the space of 30 minutes! Evil little hunter

Hi

3 cats here. One we got 2nd hand many years ago. Now getting old (17~18) and a bit mardy. He cannot understand why he can't do the things he used to. Next one along just turned up a few years ago,, nervous VERY skinny and with a big bald patch (hence called Kojak). Still nervous (but nowhere near as bad), pretty much normal furr (can disappear if we are away for a week or so and the neighbour feeds him) but a decent weight these days (well, maybe more than decent, and he can manage to put his entire weight through one paw).

The last one is Dinky and turned up as a kitten. She turned up when we had some builders doing the drive / installing a sewer. Being ultra inquisative I think she just jumped in the back of there pickup on their way one day. 3 years later she is still insane (occasionally manages full 4 paw drift through the kitchen), and still brings back dead things rather too often. Still a fairly small cat.

Amusing to watch was Kojak walking into the sitting room and Dinky running out at the same moment. Dinky jumped over Kojak lengthwise, leaving him with a definate "wtf" look on his face. Then a few weeks ago she ran under him, resulting in a similar look.
