someone will be along later to tell you what it is/does, but its deffo not a restriction.

If you have taken the washer out of the variator,de restricted the exhaust then im pretty sure the bike is pretty much fully de restricted. Im not 110% sure though as i dont know much about 4t's,only 2t's really. But,maybe you could try adjusting the weights of the rollers slightly if you want better acceleration,as maybe the ones you have in are a tad heavy. Cant hurt to check anyway. Good luck. Thumbs Up

Are you 100% sure that your bike is 4 stroke ? As I thought the zips were 2 stroke.

small 4 strokes are not restricted, they do not make enough power to need restricting.

as others have said, changing the rollers, and removing the variator washer is the only thing you can do,
you wont get any more power, but i'll pick up a bit quicker.

Yep, the new Zip's are 4-stroke.

I believe 4-strokes aren't really restricted, as being a 4t they don't make enough power to bother in the first place.

4 stroke 50cc's are not restricted.

How many times do people need to tell you. They are shit, and slow. deal with it, And get a bigger bike when you are old enough.

Firstly remove the spacer from between the front pulley halves.
Secondly follow the pictures below
And finally fit a 78 main Jet if you like
