Had the day off work today so decided to go for a ride to Hastings seafront.

I cant believe the amount of traffic on the A21 from Maidstone! I was hoping to average 70ish the whole way. Ended up at like 25/30 most of the way stuck behind "Sunday drivers" until I saw safe to overtake.

Took Chelsea down with me on the back. It was a tad cold, but well a brilliant ride.

We got there, Had a bit of KFC, Had a little walk and I was like "Fancy making a move home now". She questioned it like "What, already, we have only been here an hour or so".

Then I explained to her that the best bit about a ride out on a bike is the Ride its self. Not the destination. I was just looking forward to the A21 back to Maidstone. Cool

Photos are uploaded to myspace, Sorry. And BCF compresses them even when you [ img ] link them. So meh. They look a bit better in full size. My phone camera is only 3.2mp though. Sorry. Laughing

It wasnt a romantic ride to the seaside as such.
We had arranged to meet up before I got the VFR on that day as we were both off work. Then I bought the VFR. It was a nice day and I well wanted to take the bike out.

So instead of blowing her out, I dragged her along. Laughing
