Use some muscle.

Or if you're a little weedy then try putting a pipe or extension on the wrench to get some more leverage.

WD40 wouldn't go a miss too.

Get an impact wrench Smile.

Otherwise, you could try making a holder to stop it turning or buy one from who ever makes your scoot.

Not bad mate, done loads more miles tonight, makes it abit more fun. Bikes top speed is now 49 downhill according to the digital speedo (i take it these are more accurate than normal clocks Mr. Green ) And on a straight flat piece of road it easily manages 40mph. Up a steep steep incline it does 30. So all in im quite happy with the results. One thing, pull off is the same, but if i full throttle it,it doesnt seem as quick as if i used slightly slightly less than full throttle, only a few mph difference but still..Could this be classed as 'bogging' or a 'flat spot'. I dont really care anyway,im quite happy, and the exhaust isnt even de restricted yet. Thanks for the help guys, top lot. Thumbs Up Karma

I think Bogging and a flat spot are different, this being that a flat spot it will struggle to get over said spot where as bogging it seems like there is a lack of air/fuel or oil to help get it going.

As for the acceleration, heavier rollers may help you, I found them worth the try.
