Well March 2007 I bought an NC29.

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v358/binge/IMG_0357.jpg

I started riding it like a c**t. And 4 weeks later it looked like this.

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v358/binge/DSC00097.jpg

I put myself in a cast and on crutches for a while, Which gave me time to gather the essential parts to get the bike back on the road. Without caring what it looked like, I was riding this until September 07.

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v358/binge/DSC00342.jpg

Then on September 5th 07 an R6 rider managed to rear end me in Northfleet. lol.
Leaving me with another trashed NC29.
https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v358/binge/DSC00251.jpg

So while I was waiting for the insurance to assess the bike, pay or replace or whatever, I bought an NC30 to ride.
Me, being the twat I am, decided to conquer the stand up wheelie. And without thinking, Started pulling off stupidly long wheelies along the A2. Then one day the engine gave up the ghost. So I sold the bike.

Now its time to get the NC29 back in action, I preferred it to the NC30 anyway. Forks were set up by Collin at 100% Susp, CBR6 rear shock. Lots of tweaks and was generally a good bike to ride.

So far heres what ive come up with...

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v358/binge/09012008306.jpg

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v358/binge/09012008308.jpg

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v358/binge/DSC00126.jpg

The bloke who makes the fairings does this rear end for my bike, And I actually had a little sex wee when I saw it. I really want it but my Girlfriend will be wanting to come pillion in the summer until she gets her own bike. So Its out of the question until then.
but here it is.

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v358/binge/DSCF00171.jpg

And thats it so far. The bikes really rusty at the moment as its been stood in my garden for 3 months. But im going to put all titanium or SS nuts and bolts on the bike throughout. Ill update you with more pics as soon as the bike gets started on.

Good choice there, well done. Not long 'til spring though, chop chop.

That tail looks rather like a Tyga item to me.....questionable whether it'll work with the Gullarm's other bodywork, but each to their own (could it be the start of an RCV rep, as Tyga do a full set for the CBR now?)

Muhaha, Insurance are paying out anyway, and I dont need much money to fix the bike really. Another £100 will get it back to a road worthy condition. The rest will be spent on tart parts. Ideally id like to see some USDs on it. But we`ll see.

Might just put a RVF fender on it to beef up the front end.

ooo that frame doesnt look healthy, can you not get the dints pulled out? there must be a way to salvage it, or you could always buy a new one with no damage?

That frame is polished to shit that it gives the impression that it has cracked or dented. After the first spill, i saw the state the bike was in and wasn't expecting the frame to come off THAT lightly.

Nah, but his g/f is FIT so it'll be a bit of a shame! Besides, i like the sight of a girls arse riding high on pillion, especially when they're wearing thongs underneath and have a short cut race jacket.

Which is why i was always riding behind a bird at uni who had a VFR400 Razz

Got the bike out today, Decided to polish the scratches out of the frame and clean then wheels up, Try and get it looking presentable again. I cant do any mechanical repairs just yet because I want the insurance to see the damage. 4 months on and they still havnt been and assessed the bike yet.
Its really starting to become a piss take. My solicitor doesnt know his arse hole from his elbow. And Anybody, if your thinking about getting insurance with Bike sure, Think against it. Id never insure with them again. They double charged me for swaping my insurance to another vehicle. Then I underwent bank charges because of it. It then took them 4 months to put the £120 back into my account.
They are quick enough taking the money from you, So why take so long re-funding things?

Anyway, Ive trial fitted my Front fairing (not the belly panel) and it fits quite nicely, Colour is right, So im happy with it.

Things I need now are

End Can
Clutch lever (will eventually get pazzos)
LH Foot peg hanger
Pillion seat (or get mine re covered)
New rear fairings (Will spray mine up for now)

Front fairing a race fairing with the gaps fibreglassed in? Looks nicer than the originals with the spectacle frames on the fairing.

Yea the fairing is basically a Race fairing, With the Head light surround cut out of my old NC29 fairing, and transplanted into the race unit. Then Tunnels built back to the Head lights. Basically the Race fairings are bigger so you can bolt them on without taking the head lights off if you want to do a track day. Hes just put the holes in mine so the lights can shine through for road use.

Last picture of the bike before it gets its estimate on Monday.

I dont know what the score is with the estimate. Clearly they are going to write it off. But do I get a choice on its state if I want to get it back on the road or not.
