Anyone on here self assess?

The Mrs has been paying an accountant for years now to do her tax returns.
She is freelance, making a small amount. It hardly seems worth paying someone to do what the government think we can all do online.

She also has an online business, in the process of closing and stock is being sold off at cost just to recoup some of the cost.

How hard is it? Any problems? Anything to look out for?

We do our own but we do have an accountant for the US returns but the Uk ones are very easy and when we have done them the nice people at tax office check them for us for free and then we sit back and await rebates

I've been on SA for years and it tends to be fairly easy. Also, they're only a phone call away, and when I haven't been sure what to do, they've walked me through it over the phone. Thumbs Up
