Well, I went into what was the old Infinity HQ in Farnborough to see what 2nd hand R1s were available, there was only one blue 2003 R1 for £4200 but with 20000 miles on it, so I declined, walking out the shop and I saw the new R1 and fell in love. I got chatting to the salesman, obviously, and he told me that they are on 0% finance and its the last day for that deal, so I made a decision there and then and put the deposit down and its ALL MINE....Yey Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

So I pick it up this week as soon as I sort my insurance out..I am so excited. I will get more pics up once I get it.

That saying lasts just as well as free beer tomorrow, last day today could be any day, however if you`re happy with the deal then that`s all that matters. Get any goodies thrown in? Have fun and be careful. Very Happy Very Happy Thumbs Up Thumbs Up -Jockey.

Well been out on the bike all weekend and I absolutely love it...Its awesome all round, cornering especially. I will up load some pics soon, I promise.

I was quite shocked to find out that it holds 180bhp in its depths. I thought it would be around 160 ish for some reason.

For its straight line power, I have not taken it above 10 thousand revs yet as I am still running it in. But I went out with my dad on Sundy to Brands Hatch, anyway, on the way back I was leading and he thought it be smart to try to play. He overtook me when I was in the wrong gear and I caught up, so coming off the slip road I decided to repay the favor. I heard his V-Twin open up, so it was time to test it out, dropped a gear, zoomed passed him at 150ish and made him look like he was standing still....I love this bike so much! Very Happy Very Happy
