well, ive got myself a 1990 zxr400H2, taxed and tested till end of 09, 41k on the clock (kms) picked her up a week or so ago, from a friend who didnt know much about them to fix them so he thought he'd break it for spares, i took it off his hands for £300 and all that was wrong was the Cam chan tensioner.

Came with plenty of spares too:
2 sets of side pannels
2 sets of brake callipers all round + lines one set braided
one spare rear wheel with new tyre
3 sets of carbs
2 stator covers
2 clutch covers
2 clutch basket + inners

He wasnt really a mechanic, more of a parts changer.

started work on her, needs the wheels painting again and a few touch ups, its all there, and im about ready to fire her over once i fill her full of my fluids.

Me too, im looking at getting a project bike but not until the winter, i really want a honda 400 but i really like zxr's and my insurance appreciates them too for some reason!
