He must have admitted it, silly boy. My understanding is that a photograph from a speed camera cannot be used as evidence even if there is a clear view of the driver. If there is no admission of guilt the vehicle owner is prosecuted. Since they would not be able to identify the vehicle, then he should have kept schtump.

i don't get it though. Surely it only stands in court if they have evidence of you SPEEDING.

There is no way of proving that the bike caught on CCTV was the same bike that sped past? Am i being thick here? (obviously if he was wearing distinctive clothing then fine)
