What does it mean when a pigeon squats down, shits with extreme pressure, buries its head so it is almost flat on top then another pigeon gets on top and sits down and they walk around?

It means the one on top's getting a bit of arse play... the shitting must have been to either empty out beforehand or to add a bit of lubrication.
